Therapy

My therapeutic orientation is existential in nature and focused on meeting your needs while finding meaning in your life. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized treatment. My approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help you build on your strengths and attain personal growth.
 
I believe that change takes place after exploration of the uncertainty that accompanies it. By providing you with a confidential setting to explore your thoughts and feelings, we lay the foundation to facilitate the change and relief from distress you are seeking in therapy. I like to focus my work in the here-and-now as I recognize the importance of interpersonal relationships and providing positive support to my clients.
